HUMAX Networks successfully carried out an ESG volunteer initiative in celebration of Family Month this May.

The program was open to employees who signed up voluntarily, with participants upcycling fabric scraps discarded during the sock manufacturing process to handcraft massage rollers for donation to a local senior welfare center, located in Seongnam, reflecting the shared values of environmental sustainability and community support.

The volunteer activity was conducted across two sessions, held on May 15 and May 22, with many employees voluntarily participating in both sessions to craft massage rollers together. The completed sock scrap massage rollers will be donated to ‘Bundang Senior Welfare Center in Seongnam’ and delivered to elderly residents in need of care.

Meanwhile, HUMAX Networks also provided every employee with their own massage roller kit as part of the Family Month campaign. Employees assembled the rollers together with their families, shared photos in an in-house contest, and participants received coffee vouchers — wrapping up the event on a warm note.

Going beyond a simple company event, this campaign was designed as a hands-on ESG experience, inviting employees to personally connect with the values of family and sustainability in their everyday lives.
