Roles & Responsibilities
- Establish company-wide mid- to long-term business strategy and implementation plan
- Manage performance of strategic tasks by department
- Perform all tasks according to new business planning/discovery and promotion
- Research on major industries, business environment and companies
- Analyze / manage business-related indicators and data
- Perform work related to key management agendas
- Operate company-wide meetings
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Strategic planning
- Experience in mid- to long-term business planning and strategic planning
- Experience in business budget and P&L analysis
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data and write reports
- Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Have success stories based on business strategic planning (submit related materials)
- Experience in strategic consulting/investment attraction
- Fluent in foreign languages except English
