HUMAX Networks has established a new Child School Entrance Celebration Benefit as part of its family-friendly management to respect employees' family lives and promote a better work-life balance.
The newly introduced benefit provides practical support to employees whose children are beginning their educational journey at elementary, middle, or high school levels.
For employees with children entering elementary school, the company offers one day of care leave (official leave) to attend the entrance ceremony. This allows employees to participate in these important family moments without using their personal vacation days. The company also provides entrance celebration gifts and educational subsidies, joining in the celebration of this milestone and encouraging employees to maintain a positive mindset at work.
Employees with children entering middle or high school will receive cultural gift certificates, which are expected to be meaningful benefits supporting children's growth through diverse cultural experiences.
