To practice ESG management, HUMAX Networks is continuously strengthening its corporate efforts to promote coexistence with the underprivileged, including expanding employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities and engaging in community service.
Since our founding, HUMAX Networks has partnered with Bear Better, a social enterprise specializing in employment for people with developmental disabilities, to operate our in-house café. This initiative not only provides quality welfare benefits to our employees but also contributes to job creation for people with disabilities and the realization of social values.
This year, we've expanded our recruitment of employees with disabilities through specialized employment platforms. To ensure their stable employment, we design roles that leverage individual strengths and actively support them through flexible work arrangements, including part-time and remote work options.
As HUMAX Networks approaches its 5th anniversary in November 2024, we are planning community service activities to support vulnerable populations. All employees will participate in various volunteer activities, including kimchi making, meal kit preparation, and creating pop-up books. Through these efforts, we aim to practice meaningful coexistence with our local community and strengthen our core value of ESG management.
