Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead concept design planning and mass-production product design projects
- Develop mid- to long-term design strategies and lead cross-functional design initiativess
- Propose competitive product designs considering manufacturing efficiency (MC) and CMF
- Support design activities to enhance overall business competitiveness
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Design or a related field
- 10–14 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and experience in mass production (injection molding)
- Proficiency in 3D design tools such as NX and KeyShot
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating promotional videos using product modeling (Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects required; portfolio video links must be included)
- Recipient of global design awards
- Ability to communicate in English via email and basic verbal communication skills
