| HUMAX Networks completes On-Site Audit for Family-Friendly Certification | ||

HUMAX Networks, Inc. successfully completed an on-site audit, to acquire a new family-friendly certification from the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family. The audit began with an introduction to the family-friendly certification system, followed by an interview with the CEO, an inspection of the implementation status of family-friendly policies and programs, and interviews with employees to evaluate their satisfaction.
The Ministry of Gender Equality and Family supports companies in helping employees balance family and work through the family-friendly certification system and in providing a better work environment. In this audit, HUMAX Networks was evaluated on its implementation of family-friendly policies and programs, such as flexible working hours, childcare leave, and childcare facilities in the workplace.
HUMAX Networks has made various efforts to improve the quality of life of its employees, thoroughly practiced gender equality, and established a culture of mutual respect. Notably, this year, HUMAX Networks has actively recruited more female talent and supported talent development and work-life balance.

The Ministry of Gender Equality and Family will make a final decision on whether to grant certification through an internal review process based on the audit results and plans to announce the final results in early December. Companies that receive certification will be awarded a certificate in the name of the Minister of Gender Equality and Family, along with various support benefits. HUMAX Networks will continue to strive to ensure that employees experience a happier and more productive work environment through this certification.
