Roles & Responsibilities

- Accounting and tax-related tasks (financial closing and reporting, tax filing, fund management, budget management, etc.)

- Support for HR and general affairs (payroll management, local HR and office administration)

- Perform various administrative and support duties as directed by headquarters and the branch manager

 

Essential Qualifications

- Associate’s degree or higher

- 3 years or more of professional experience

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations

- Proficiency in using SAP

- Excellent command of MS Office applications

- Fluent in German with good communication skills in Korean

- Currently residing in Germany and holding a valid residence permit

- Responsible, diligent, and able to communicate effectively with headquarters

 

Preferred Qualifications

- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred

- Fluent in English

- Solid understanding of German labor law, tax regulations, and corporate compliance

- Previous experience working in a multinational company or overseas subsidiary
