![]() On September 10, 2025, HUMAX Networks announced that it has obtained ISO 22301:2019 certification, the international standard for Business Continuity Management System (BCMS). BCMS is a management framework designed to swiftly recover and maintain critical operations in the event of unexpected crises or disasters. It integrates risk assessment, Business Impact Analysis (BIA), and response and recovery procedures. ISO 22301 specifies the requirements for establishing and operating such systems, providing international validation of an organization’s ability to respond to and recover from disruptions. This certification was awarded by the global certification body BSI (British Standards Institution), officially recognizing HUMAX Networks’ compliance with international standards for crisis response and business continuity capabilities. Earlier this year, in April, HUMAX Networks established a dedicated task force to conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessments, identifying critical operations and potential risks. The company has since implemented a comprehensive BCMS framework covering everything from risk awareness to crisis response and recovery. Despite operating without in-house manufacturing facilities and relying on an external EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) model, HUMAX Networks has significantly strengthened supply chain risk management by regularly auditing its partners’ Business Continuity Plan (BCP). Through these efforts, HUMAX Networks has established a robust foundation to ensure the delivery of reliable products and services to global clients and partners, even in unexpected crisis situations. The company will continue to enhance its management framework in alignment with international standards, reinforcing its position as a trusted global network solutions partner. |
