HUMAX Networks has recently obtained the 'Family-Friendly Company' certification from the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family.
This certification is particularly significant as it represents official recognition and evaluation of HUMAX Networks through government standards.
The Family-Friendly Certification is an official government certification administered by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, awarded to companies that actively support and exemplarily operate work-life balance programs for their employees. The certification process comprehensively evaluates various aspects including childbirth support, childcare and education support systems, flexible working arrangements, employee and dependent support programs, family-friendly workplace culture, employee satisfaction, and commitment from top management.
Since its establishment, HUMAX Networks has systematically operated programs to support employees to maintain a good balance between work and home life, such as the △selective work hours system, △employee health management program, △self-leading welfare points, and the company daycare center operation system, which were important evaluation factors for this certification.
